Technical Recruiter

About this vacancy

As a Technical Recruiter at Helixons, you’ll be responsible for identifying and retaining technical professionals in the construction, engineering and IT sectors. You understand the nature of technical roles and know what motivates candidates.

You’ll work closely with our consultants and clients to make the right match – not based on a profile, but on substance and collaboration.

You’ll be given a great deal of freedom and responsibility within a growing team with short lines of communication. Your work will have a direct impact on Helixons’ growth.

What will you be doing?

You’ll source and select technical professionals via LinkedIn, job boards and our own network. You’ll conduct initial interviews and assess candidates on their expertise and cultural fit. You’ll oversee the entire process from initial contact to placement and maintain contact with active professionals in our network.

Who are we looking for?

You have at least two years’ experience in recruitment, preferably in a technical environment. You have strong communication skills, are keen to learn and work with precision. You understand how technical projects work, or are willing to learn quickly.
